We have a live plant arrival guarantee only. We have a 48-hour refund policy, which means you have 48 hours after receiving your item(s) to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, you must send an email to PitcherPerfectPlants.com@gmail.com that includes clear photo(s) of the items(s) you wish to receive a refund for and a description as to why you are requesting a refund. If the package was damaged during shipping, please provide photos of how the package arrived before opening it. Failure to do this may result in a waiver of our guarantees. It may take up to 30 days for refunds to process. Refunds are not guaranteed.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
